Course description
Yoga is a millennia-old spiritual practice that connects body, mind and soul. It includes physical exercises, breathing techniques and meditation to increase well-being and find inner peace. Yoga can help you to reduce stress, improve mobility and promote concentration. This Hatha yoga prevention course is usually subsidized retroactively by statutory health insurance companies.
