Children’s swimmingForchildren aged 5 to 8 years
Learning to swim takes confidence and time. Our children’s swimming courses in small groups (6-7 children) are ideal for a relaxed start with the first swimming exercises. Our trained swimming instructors can respond individually to the child’s abilities. The course language is German.

Seahorse preparation
- Child age: 5 – 8 years
- Course duration: 3 units (Saturdays)

Basic children’s swimming course
8 week courses – Saturdays between 9:00 – 16:30
Suitable for children who …
- are between 5 and 8 years old
- cannot yet swim, or can swim only a little
- feel unsafe or uncomfortable in the water
- are rather cautious
- start swimming
Aim of the course:
- Water safety
- Fun in the element of water
- Learning movement sequences
- Be able to put your head under water
- Bathing rules
- Swimming badge (seahorse or bobby)
Advanced course for children’s swimming
8 week courses – Saturdays between 9:00 – 16:30
Suitable for children who …
- are between 5 and 8 years old
- have already attended a basic course (proof required)
- are familiar with the element of water
- already be good at movement sequences
- are shortly before or after the seahorse badge
Aim of the course:
- Strengthening water safety
- Consolidation and improvement of swimming technique
- More safety when diving
- Safety exercises(e.g. how do I swim with my clothes on in case I fall into the water)
- Swimming badge (seahorse)
